The Yoga Annex

Yoga Retreat Sayulita, Mexico 2025.

A  High Vibe &  Low Key  Vacation Experience that supports your Yoga practice. Ditch the Winter Blues and hit the Sun and Sand. Enjoy 6 days and 5 nights of relaxation, rejuvenation, and restoration. Have the Vacation of a lifetime: blending Relaxation, Self-care, and a Great time. Nestled on the beaches of the  Pacific Ocean, spend your days taking Yoga Classes and Adventuring.

  • Friends and family who do not practice yoga are welcome. 

What?

A week of Yoga and Inspired relaxation on the tropical beaches of Sayulita, MX. 

  • Daily 26 & 2  Hatha yoga sessions.
  • Additional yoga experiences: Yin, Nidra, & Wim Hoff.
  • Daily Pool Time. 
  • Daily Beach Club. 
  • Optional offsite Evening Sacred Cacao Ceremony. 
  • Optional offsite Evening Mezcal Sweat Lodge Experience.
  • All day Private Yacht adventure: waterfalls, snorkeling, whale watching, and sunbathing.
  • Sight-seeing & exploring (as much or as little as you’d like).
  • Surfing. Perfect waves in the Bay for beginners to take a Surf lesson with world famous Surf Instructors. Access to Intermediate Surf spots up and down the coast can be arranged.
  • Shopping in Sayulita: a trendy, bohemian town center with all of the flavor of Mexico and Dinner out at the Famous Don Pedro’s Beach Side Restaurant.
  • Beach Massages available daily.
  • Additional One on One Yoga lessons and Coaching sessions can be scheduled.

  • A boutique Retreat Hotelito, Sayulita, MX.

Amenities

  • Rooms: Private or Shared accommodations, all with air conditioning and some with Ocean views.
  • Food: On-site dining, brunch included daily. Fresh local Cuisine inspired with a healthy twist. Food preferences and Allergen requirements will be accommodated. 
  • Private pool, beach, indoor and outdoor yoga spaces.
  • Onsite filtered Water throughout.
  • Concierge services for booking excursions and transportation.

Considerations

  • Food preferences and allergen requirements will be accommodated.
  • Participation is not mandatory on this retreat. Friends and family who don’t do all of the yoga and want to vacation with you are absolutely welcome too. 
  • Additional expenses: including but not limited to dinners,  surf lessons, excursions, gifts, sundries, extra transportation, spa services, alcoholic beverages, & tipping money.

Travel

  • Fly into and out of Puerto Vallarta Airport.
  • Flight purchases and bookings are not included.
  • Travel insurance is recommended.
  • Private Group Transportation with concierge, directly to the Retreat and Hotelito is provided.
  • Transportation options from town can be arranged.
  • The town square is a couple blocks. The beach in One block.

Your Investment Includes

  • 1-2 daily Yoga classes onsite. 26 & 2 Hatha, Yin, Nidra, Wim Hoff, and more.
  • One of Two offsite ceremonial experiences, Sacred Cacao Ceremony or Mezcal Sweatlodge. (Option to do both may require an additional fee of $125/ person).
  • A day excursion to Waterfalls, Snorkeling, Lunch, and more on a Chartered Yacht. (Require an additional fee of $125/ person).
  • 6 meals for brunch.  
  • Dinner and drinks out at the Famous Don Pedro’s Restaurant or similar.
  • Group Transportation from and to the Puerto Vallarta Airport.
  • Accommodations of your chioce.
  • Pool, Ocean Views, Beach Club and more.
