Dynamic & Expert Yoga Instruction

We offer four foundational classes with the dynamic & expert yoga instruction you’ve come to expect. 

26&2 Hot Yoga

All levels welcome. Beginners encouraged.

A sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises to improve your overall health. A posture-based practice that focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance. You will get a whole body workout, every class every time. Perfect for Beginners and scalable for Experienced practitioners. This class is supported by a heated environment. Offered in both 60 minute and 90 minute classes.
This yoga practice is the foundation of our studio.

Yin Yoga Deep Stretch

All levels welcome. Beginners encouraged.

Done mostly on the floor, this is not a cardiovascular workout, but designed to increase flexibility. Yin Yoga is slow-paced, with postures that are held for longer periods of time.  The sequences of postures  stimulate the channels of the subtle body to support our internal workings. A more meditative approach to yoga, the goals are deep stretching, moving energy through the body, and an awareness of inner silence. This practice is non-heated and includes music.
Offered in both 60 minute and 90 minute classes 3x weekly.

Expanded 26 + Practice

All levels welcome. Curious Yoga practitioners encouraged.

A light hearted playful class. Do some of what Yoga you already know from the 26 & 2 and More.  Try the postures you know and love with more intermediate variations. Get up-side down, balance on your arms, open your Hips, try Salutations & more!
This class is warm, practiced with music and offered 1x per week.
All levels welcome.

Full Body Burn 55

A 55 minute Whole Body Workout.

Designed to build Strength and Coordination.
Improve your cardio health, core strength, and work out varied and targeted muscles groups. This is a low impact, high-intensity class that is challenging and attainable. Let’s get your heart pumping, blood flowing and body glowing! Warmed to 90 degrees and practiced with music, this class is offered 1x per week.

Learn simple methods and applications to manage your human brain and integrate the Brain and Body for results. One-on-One personal Life Coaching with Owner, Mica Fish, with a focus on Hatha Yoga Philosophy to up-level your thinking and set next-level goals. When you take Alisha's class it's easy to get swept away with her easy confidence. When you take her light hearted class filled with the knowledge that comes from of years of self study and discipline of many styles of yoga, you will leave feeling elevated and filled to the brim. She'll love to snap your photo and take a video or two of you for our community page.

Holley teaches a focused, yet relaxed, 26 &2 series. Her steady voice calmly guides you through class, helping you concentrate in postures and quickly settle between postures. She reminds you to apply the details, to maximize the benefits. Find meditation in the details, in class with Holley!
